Husky Happenings

Weekly Update from Principal Potis

Husky Families,

We had a fun week at Crownhill that concluded with all of our kindergarteners being sorted into houses. Thank you to those who could join us this morning to celebrate! Next week we get to send out 5th graders off to NatureBridge for 3 days of adventure and making memories. It's an exciting time to be a Husky!

Our fall conferences are less than a month away - November 6, 7 & 10. Yesterday, your child should have brought home a bright pink paper for you to choose conference times. If you haven't seen it, please ask your student or reach out to their classroom teacher. We look forward to seeing you all at conferences in a few weeks.

As always, please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Take care,

Carre Potis

Crownhill Principal

October Trait of the Month: Responsibility

In October, our focus is on Responsibility! Responsibility means taking action and understanding the impact of our choices. Students are learning that being responsible can take many forms—turning in work on time, caring for a pet, being kind to a new classmate, or standing up for what’s right. Throughout October, we’ll highlight and celebrate responsible choices as we help students build habits that lead to positive outcomes both in and out of school.
