Weekly Update from Principal Potis

Husky Families,

We are down to just 18 days of school left this year! It’s hard to believe how quickly the year has gone by. We are also wrapping up state testing, and we want to thank our students, staff and families for the support and encouragement throughout the testing season. Our students have worked hard and shown great perseverance, and we are proud of their effort. As we head into the final weeks of school, we look forward to finishing the year strong together!

As always, please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Take care,

Carre Potis
Crownhill Principal

Parking Reminders

We know that drop-off and pick-up can be challenging, and we appreciate your help in being mindful of our neighbors. Residents on Dora Avenue have shared concerns that their driveways are frequently being blocked during pick-up times and after-school events. Please help us maintain positive relationships with our community by avoiding blocking driveways and following all parking guidelines.

May Trait of the Month: Creativity

Get ready for some fun as we focus on Creativity this month! One way to think about Creativity is “using your imagination to create something new or solve a problem.” Opportunities to be Creative are all around us! Creativity is 1 of 3 traits we will focus on throughout the year that helps students Be Well. Throughout the school, students will be developing skills like emotion regulation, positive self-talk, and stress-management.
